Tanya Hayes, Physiotherapist

Tanya studied at the University of Queensland, and on graduating was married and took up a position as the Principal Physiotherapist, Stanthorpe Base Hospital. Tanya performed this role for a number of years before taking up employment at QEII and Redland’s hospitals simultaneously managing maternity wards, continence and general Physiotherapy. Tanya continued her study in women’s health, obtaining a Post Graduate in Women’s Health (Continence and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation) at the University of Melbourne. Following the birth of Tanya’s first child she started her own private practice from home. Tanya continues to work at Mater Private Redland’s where she helps women following gynaecological surgery, maternity and breast cancer. Tanya has three children and is motivated to help ladies navigate their unique challenges.
